We provide assistance with the following:
- Lodging a claim
- Preparing claim information (details of the loss or incident as well as those involved)
- Negotiating with and chasing insurers
It’s important that you notify us about the loss or incident as soon as possible so we can action your claim quickly – we are available day and night, seven days a week. This will help us minimise any delays as well as any further possible damage that might occur as a result of the incident or event.
Where the event or incident puts you out of action – whether for a short or prolonged period of time – we will also help ensure you get adequate coverage for any demurrage/downtime experienced as a result of third party action.
In the event of a claim being made against you, do not admit liability until you have spoken to us. We can offer you guidance and notify your insurer on your behalf in order to activate any attached policies to help you defend or pay a claim.
